Druids are experts in calling upon Nature the restore life and vigour to their
allies, and have many potent tools at their disposal to this end. However,
sometimes when some catastrophe occurs she may need to bestow healing on many
people at once. When this happens the Bloom spell comes into it own. By itself
it does nothing, but instead takes an existing spell effect and empowers it
greatly. 

Bloom must be cast at someone who already has a Rejuvenation, Regeneration or
Healing Breeze effect on them, casting it at anyone else will have no effect.
The existing spell will suddenly flare up with Natures energy and 'bloom',
spreading its healing effect to all party members nearby. These people will
receive an immediate heal proportionate to the power of the original spell, and
then the original spell will return to normal and continue to heal the person
upon whom it was cast.
