The 'mutilate' skill is for the masters of mutilation. With a precise but
brutal strike, the fighter leaves their victim ripped open and bleeding for
twelve seconds, and while that bleeding takes place, the fighter's attacks
generate an increased threat level. 'Mutilate' can be used twice on an opponent
before their insides are so ripped apart that there will be no additional bleed
damage from the skill.
