Just as the life of an animal is not to<br /> be taken without due cause, so too must a Ranger avoid wanton destruction<br /> unless vital. Whereas a Druid will walk a path of neutrality, viewing<br /> the world as wheels within wheels and cycles of life and death, to a<br /> Ranger the slaughter of innocents is abhorrent, be they wolf cubs, a proud<br /> stag, or even humans, unless they come to destroy that which the Ranger<br /> holds dear.<br /> <br /> Thus Rangers sway decidedly towards the &#039;good&#039; side on the great pendulum<br /> of good and evil, and should endeavour to be free of the shadow of evil<br /> deeds.
