When he speaks the words to this spell, a lesser<br /> Air Elemental is summoned, and instructed to lift a certain object. The heavier<br /> the object is, the more likely that it will be beyond the elemental&#039;s power,<br /> and that it will expend all its energy in fruitlessly trying to lift it. <br /> However, if it does suceed in lifting it, the Elemental will swing it at the<br /> Druids current combat opponent a number of times, base on the casters skill in<br /> conjuring before, again, it expends its summoning energy.<br /> <br /> Earlier versions of this spell were fiddly, doing damage based on the weight of<br /> the item, but refinements have meant that as long as the Elemental can lift it,<br /> and so long as it is over one stone, the precise weight of the object is no<br /> longer important.
