Water is the mutable element that can bring calm or tempests, relentless power
or healing refreshment. No other primal power can bring or take life in such a
fashion, and thus only those most at peace and in tune with the Way could hope
to harness both elements at once.

Deluge does exacly that. Not only does it crash down upon the Druid's enemy and
do terrible damage, but it also heals the Druid for a proportion of the damage
done. It also seems to have a strange interaction with Wildfire - if cast upon
someone burning from Wildfire the Wildfire will end, but the Deluge will become
empowered. The more Wildfire had left to run the larger the degree of
empowerment.
