element of water and bring about a rapid drop in temperature, exposing their
foe to unimaginably bitter temperatures causing unspeakable pain.

Frostbite can only be used when the weather is cold and affects the area around
the caster and all who stand close, affecting the caster herself and any
followers she may have. Whilst all Druids are afforded some innate protection
from this magic, it is suggested by those of experience that you call upon
protection from elements to ensure your safety.
