There are tools of the trade that any self-respecting bandit is never without.
The length of silk thread that is known as a garotte is one of those tools.
Originally discovered by Mando in his travels through the Eastern Holdings, the
length of string is perfect for cutting off a victim's breathing, which
somewhat incapacitates them.

This trick allows you to use your garotte to sneak up on someone and try and
strangle them. Unfortunately, it is very hard to maintain the hold for any
length of time, but it will render the two of you helpless until the hold is
broken by the victim. Meanwhile of course, your allies can pummel away to
their heart's desire on the victim. Make sure your enemies are not around when
you use this trick, as you yourself will be distracted at the effort in
maintaining the hold and be unable to defend yourself.
