While the raw damage done is enough to bring ruin to those<br /> hit, the secondary effects are equally potent.<br /> <br /> Glacier causes the target to lose focus and struggle to concentrate. As a<br /> result it causes them to suffer a significant penalty to Insight, notably<br /> larger than that caused by a Weaken. Furthermore the ability to cast spells is<br /> inhibited, and the target suffers a 20% increase in cast times while the effect<br /> lasts, both lowering their raw damage potential, but also increasing the<br /> opportunity for an interrupt!
