Bear Druids can be terrifying, and nothing is more intimidating than facing one
in combat when it fixes its eyes upon you and growls from deep in its throat.
The effect of Growl is immediate - the target struggles to remember what they
were doing and can see nothing but the piercing eyes of the Druid. This has the
effect of immediately equalising threat with the person currently at the top of
the targets threat list (normally, but not always the person they are
attacking), and forcing them to exclusively attack the Druid for 6 seconds. If
during this time the Druid can achieve a threat lead they will remain targeted
when Growl wears off.

It is possible to Growl at an opponent already targeting you, which will simply
make it impossible for anyone else to pull aggro onto them while the effect
holds.
