He eventually<br /> discovered that during hot dry weather a follower of The Way is able to harness<br /> the power of fire to cause the very air itself to reach unbearable temperatures<br /> around a foe.<br /> <br /> This powerful spell can only be used when the weather is hot and dry and<br /> effects everything in the vicinity, including the caster!
