In his early days as an apprentice mage, Kalten discovered this spell during an
attempt to create magical rain. He has since refined it, to the point that it
is a worthy addition to any mages' repertoire.

The spell conjures up a fine mist of water droplets, which reduce visibility
drastically. In addition, footing becomes treacherous, with the effect that
combat becomes significantly more difficult. Naturally, Warmages, who do not
need to dance around like a ballerina in order to fight (unlike the uncouth
lowlife known as 'fighters'), find their spell effectiveness unchanged.
