In order to<br /> plant a tree, a Druid must first get hold of a seed of the right type. She then<br /> plants the seed, and speaks a spell of growth over it. The magical seedling<br /> grows rapidly, growing up through the ground in but a couple of minutes, and<br /> continuing to grow incredibly quickly until it reaches full size. After a<br /> couple of hours, the tree will begin to wither and die, for its entire lifespan<br /> has been accelerated, but until it does, it will be a healthy tree in every<br /> way, and usable in some of the higher level druidic spells.<br /> <br /> Although the trees do not drain mp in any way from their creator, there is a<br /> slight strain involved in maintaining them, and thus a Druid can only ever have<br /> 2 trees of any given type.
