The eternal cycle of life and death is intrinsic to the Way, and thus when a
Druid has mastered the skills taught to Initiates of the Inner Circles, she may
actually call back the souls of the dead, and give them life anew! Moreover,
because Druids believe in a *cycle* of renewal, the ghost will not be
necessarily brought back as the same race as they were before they died! A
druid can cause their race to change randomly by using the 'reincarnate -r
<name>' form, and if they wish, can even try and influence the new race with
'reincarnate -r <race> <name>' although this is only successful about a third
of the time. Indeed, if the ghost's race changes, his or her skills will be
modified as a result. Thus a human brought back as an elf will find that skills
at which elves are naturally proficient, such as conjuring or projectile, have
actually gone up! If the new race is not suited for certain skills, these may
go down, but the only skill modifications will be due to the change in race,
NOT due to the death itself. Stats may also change if the ghost's race changes.
