When the Arcane Warmage reaches the point that the mysteries of the Universe
truly reveal themselves to her, she can begin to perceive the flow of time as
just one more dimension to manipulate. While Haste and Slow are but crude
adjustments to the rate of flow, with Reverse Time she can rewind it entirely,
or at least some elements of it. Thus by casting this spell the Warmage may
roll back the clock to the point that any Warmage Spell cooldowns she has up
with less than 2 minutes remaining are instantly reset. This works on all
cooldowns apart from Reverse Time itself. Interestingly, this spell has also
never been known to fail, although the reason for this remains a mystery.
