Sacrifice is a key part of the life of a Necromancer. If the Dark Powers that
gift you with their energy are not kept sated then your full potential may be
denied you. Sacrificing someone is not easy - the ritual takes a full minute to
conduct, and during that time any attack on you will ruin the delicate series
of gestures and incantations required.

To sacrifice someone they must first be rendered unable to resist you - the
ritual Mortal Horror works well for this purpose - and then dragged to your
Sepulchre of the Damned. Once there you must drag them to your altar and then
begin the ritual before the Mortal Horror wears off. Once begun, the victim
cannot free himself and only outside intervention will save his pathetic life.

This ritual will cause the victim to lose far more than the normal death
penalties for a Player Killing, but far more importantly it will empower you
enough to take on new Undead forms. See nhelp advancing for more details.
