Warmages are masters of both offensive and defensive magics, and while their
destructive power is great, this is of no consequence if opponents can inerrupt
their evocations. The ArchMage Grimmer devoted significant research to this
problem and after many years developed the Shock Wall.

Shock Wall creates a lightning shield around the caster. For as long as it
holds, the Warmage is granted interrupt armour, meaning that in order to have
his spells disrupted he would have to be hit by two interrupts; one to disrupt
the Shock Wall and then a second to interrupt his spell. Naturally the
interrupt armour will regenerate swiftly. Grimmer immediately grasped the
offensive and defensive potential of this ability and taught it to her peers.
