Sometimes, it is necessary to cage creatures, either for their own protection,
or to prevent them doing damage to their nearby surroundings. At such a time,
the Wall of Fire is often used. The spell summons up a blazing, incandescent
wall of magical flames which block an exit from a room. Most animals will
instinctively shy away from such a wall, but for those creatures foolish enough
to try and pass through it, they will find themselves burnt to a cinder. Since
the flames are magical in nature, there is no risk of the fire growing out of
control, and any Druid may pass through without harm.
