When cast the miracle protects a single &lt;object&gt; against a named &lt;type&gt;<br /> of interference. The types are:<br /> <br /> Theft: Protects the object from being stolen or slashed.&lt;br&gt;<br /> Opening: Protects the object from being opened.<br /> <br /> A Rogue who tries to steal an item warded against theft will fail, no matter<br /> how good they are. In addition higher level clerics might find their warded<br /> items able to stun or inflict damage upon would be thieves!<br /> <br /> Anyone who tries to open a chest or bag warded against opening will have a hard<br /> time, for the magic actually keeps the top held down! Only the very strong<br /> could stand a chance, and should they succeed, the ward will be voided.
