Syntax: Wither <target> <limb>

Dalkanir's Horrid Withering
The ritual of Withering causes a sudden and violent rotting infection to sweep across the target's limb. The magically enhanced infection lasts but a few moments, but will cause pain and a terrible itching in the limb affected. While not as effective as a Cause Serious Wounds, the fact that it can be targetted at a specific limb makes it a potent addition to the arsenal of the Necromancer.

One oddity of this ritual is that nobody has ever managed to successfully infect a head or torso.
