Syntax: Gouge [<target>]

Gouge flesh
An advanced technique building on the Sarakhan knife twist, where once a rogue has penetrated the armour if their target they'll attempt to gouge out some of their victim's insides causing incredible pain. As with the 'twist' technique this trick will pass any venom from the knife used into the victim's bloodstream.
