Syntax: Nurture <target>
Nurturing Zephyr
Only the Grand Hierophants have devoted themselves to the Way enough to
understand one of Nature's most potent boons - that of Nurturing Zephyr. When
cast this spell summons a zephyr of pure life energy that flows through the
target, healing any injuries they have. Unlike most periodic healing spells,
this one ticks every 2 seconds rather than every 6 seconds. It is also unusual
in that it is possible to apply two stacks to the same person.
Nurture has an additional benefit above its periodic healing - for when it ticks it will 'bloom' if the target is below 20% health. When it blooms it will consume one stack of Nurture in order to do a large and instant heal.

Cast Time: 1.50 seconds
Cooldown: 12 seconds
