Syntax: Lightning <target>

Call Lightning
A Druid's strength is at its strongest when Nature too gives a display of power, and thus it is that under an open sky, and during a storm, that a Druid gains a fearsome new spell. By using her knowledge of storms, a Druid can actually call down a bolt of lightning from its heart, and cause it to infallibly strike the indicated target, or, if no target is named, her current opponent. The damage dealt by such a bolt would be considerable, and the more intense the storm, the more powerful the lightning called down.
