Syntax: meditate [balance] or [defensive/offensive] or [physical/chi] or [off]

Meditate The beginning of the initiate monk's path begins with control of mind and body. The monk does this by setting their body into a bowed kneel, focussing their mind inwards on the harmony of the body. While the monk is in this state their internal state is altered along the lines which the monk's mind is focussed.

This state of trance will render the monk immobile as such until either the desired state is achieved or their more pressing matters arise and they decide to emerge.
