Syntax: Pain <target>

Word of Pain
Necromancers have no difficulty in summoning the spirits of the Dead and binding them to their will. Whether it be to make delightful pets of rotting flesh, or phantoms to drive away the sanity of the living, such rituals provide much amusement for those on the Dark Path.

Even more satisfying is the Word of Pain ritual which binds a deceased spirit to a living target and then tortures it. Its agony causes its host great suffering and lasts for a full thirty seconds, unless it is dispelled by some do-gooder. Unfortunately only one spirit may be bound at a time to a given target.
