Lunar Umbra
A secret known only to the most experienced students of the Way is that the power of Nature waxes and wanes slightly over time, following the pattern of the moon Celene. The exact nature of the link between the two is unknown but the most devoted of Druids can draw on this link in a surprising way.

When Umbra is cast, the Druid reproduces the link locally, in a much weaker, but more directed form. Once in place the Druid's powers will change with the ebb and flow this link. Whereas Celene completes a cycle every 52 days, Umbra flows through the phases in a mere two minutes.

The Druid has no control over which phase comes first, but the phases and their effects are:

Novilunium: Physical attack hit chance increased
Waxing: Physical protection increased
Plenilunium: Spell costs decreased
Waning: Healing increased

Cost: 100mp
Cast Time: 4.50 seconds
Cooldown: 3 minutes
