Syntax: Assess <living>

Assess victim
The life of the rogue is fast and deadly, so you cannot waste your time picking money off paupers. This skill allows you to peek at another person's money pouch and see how full it is. Unfortunately you cannot tell what sort of coins the purse holds, so your victim might be loaded with platinum or copper, but it should give you an idea as to whether the person is worth stealing off or not.

As an added bonus, while assessing someone you also get an idea of how good conditions are in general for stealing off that person. You can judge this by looking at light conditions, if the victim is drunk, their class, and so on. You may also use this skill on yourself to gauge your own susceptibility to theft.
