Stone Strike
The Stone spell is an unusual one as it requires quite specific atmospheric conditions, but unlike the extreme weather needed for Lightning or Sear, Stone only works when it is mild; in particular Rainy, Cloudy, Fair, Clear or Cloudless. With the air still, and extreme conditions not present, it is the perfect time for elemental Stone to be in ascendence. It can also be used indoors, no matter the external weather conditions.

Stone causes several sharp rocks to appear around the target, and after a split seconds pause, to crash in upon them from all directions, doing significant damage from both the crushing and piercing aspects.
