Enunciation
As Caitlin can bring calm to an area via peace and tranquility, so too can Brangwen permit the devout to break the silence with Holy pronouncements. Using this miracle a Cleric can ignore any effects that may prevent his voice from being heard, and continue to talk and cast spells while others remain dumb.

The miracle will last for 45 seconds, but cannot be immediately recast. It is unusual in that it itself can be cast without making a sound.
