This miracle allows you to petition Caitlin with a small prayer to plunge a room into a state of magical silence, preventing all forms of talking, shouting and other such forms of local communication. As an important side effect, it makes the casting of spells and miracles impossible for one and all, for the verbal components of these spells are impossible to say! Be warned though, as this means ALL spells; including your own miracles!
