Quivering Palm
An advanced form of chistorm, the Quivering Palm is an applied art more than any Style. Through rigorous practice and applied expertise, a master monk can tame the raw power that is a Chi Storm. The result is a ferocious storm of illusory power. Without the flash and pomp of the storm,a Quivering Palm technique directly applies destructiveenergy to the nervous system of its target. Nominal effects include violent spasm along the entire body, not dissimilar in effect to being pulled apart in a tornado.
