Chi Haste
Upon ritual practice of chi energy conservation, a certain monk found, mostly by accident, that rerouting chi energy, rather than efficiently directing it throughout the body, could provide enhanced function in certain areas. This monk experimented with these new possibilities and during one such task found that he could enhance his physical speed and dexterity to a reasonable degree, in many cases gaining several extra attacks on his opponents!

State changes will not affect this ability in any way.
This ability is permanent and will reduce maximum mp by 15%.
