Mental Agony
The ritual of Mental Agony is a potent part of the arsenal of the Necromancers, gained as ones heart darkens and ones grasp of the true power of the Black Arts improves. The curse interferes with the targets spirit and vastly reduces their ability to exert themself mentally. Thus whenever the target attempts to use any ability that requires the expenditure of magic points, blinding agony will seize them and blood vessels around the periphery of their brain will immediately rupture causing intense damage. The more they try to exert themselves, the worse it will be....
