Reanimate Dead
The pitiful Clerics and their false Gods try to lure the weak minded to their
cattle-like banner with promises of keeping them safe from death. Fools. Death
comes for all, and if they wish to feed the Dark Gods with a fraction of their
life force more than once, all the better.
Nonetheless, as a Necromancer, there may be occasions where allies are better brought back to a corporeal form rather than feed your Masters directly, and so the Reanimation ritual can force a departed soul back into its husk. This will only work on those who may later prove useful - those of Evil alignment or lower, and it MAY have some side effects not for the squeamish, but this can be considered a punishment for daring to fall to the forces of Good the first time around!
As masters of Death, a Necromacer may also free themselves from the grave and reanimate their own corpses. To do so she must either be in a graveyard, or in her own Bone Temple. The losses are significantly lower in the latter case!
When reanimating others, things have been known to go wrong at times. It is not unknown for a newly reanimated person to be struck down by an illness, and great care should be taken to not reanimate people when there are body parts scattered around, or they may 'inadvertenly' end up getting fused to the target!
