Blessing of Tongues
By casting this miracle, the Cleric asks Jeroth to aid them by gifting a creature with a greatly enhanced linguistic ability. If a Cleric, the recipient can then speak any and all of his or her learned languages with 100% fluency, no matter what their previous ability. When cast upon non-clerics though, it will still greatly improve their existing proficiency. A clever Cleric will thus know a wide range of languages at a low level of fluency to gain maximum benefit from the miracle.

The miracle is also unusual in that it is affected more by the casters intelligence than his or her wisdom.
