Syntax: Weather <dryness> [and <temperature>]
Weather Summoning
At higher levels of proficiency, a Druid can obtain some degree of mastery over
the weather. Working from the simple skill of predicting it, a more powerful
Druid can now actually cause certain weather patterns to develop. As soon as
the spell is cast, the conditions will shift slightly in the direction desired
by the caster, and the next natural change in conditions will be in that
direction also.
The caster must specify whether he wants it to get 'wetter' or 'dryer', or in the case of temperature, 'hotter' or 'colder'. Should the Druid wish to alter both temperature and dryness at the same time, he must seperate them with an 'and'. Thus 'weather hotter', 'weather dryer', and 'weather wetter and colder' are all valid.
A Druid should avoid continually summoning one type of weather, for all types are needed for Nature to flourish.
