Regroup
Every good fighter knows that the best offense is a good defence, and the regroup skill makes use of that principle. The fighter lulls their opponent into a sense of safety by retreating into a defensive mode, during which time the fighters stamina returns at an enhanced rate in anticipation of unleashing a flurry of skills to the unsuspecting opponent. While regrouping, fighters will find that their threat level drops, their defence increases, and their attack rate slows.
