Shifty's Most Terrible Wind of Annihilation
By means of this spell, the Warmage calls into being a blast of air drawn from the Negative Material Plane and unleashes it upon the hapless fools who have dared to oppose him. The effect of the wind is to strip flesh from bone and drain life energy from all those afflicted. Every creature unfortunate enough to be in the same room as the warmage is afflicted. Moreover, as the spell begins to dissipate, a final whiplash of fell force will strike a random opponent!
