Syntax: Amagic <on | off>

Rimalax's Astounding Anti-Magic Shield
Creates an anti-magic shield around the caster that helps nullify magic flung at the caster. The effectiveness of the shield varies sharply with proficiency - but beware! For the spell has a deleterious effect on the caster's ability to master further magic for the duration of its effect. Should the caster need full access back to his or her spell repertoire, the amagic spell can be cancelled at any time merely by typing 'amagic off'. Should one not specify 'on' or 'off' when the spell is invoked, it is assumed that one means 'on'.

This spell was created by the mad magus Rimalax, based on his work into the properties of the Negative Material Plane.
