Glacier
Glacier is one of the most potent Ice based spells known to any living Warmage. It does huge damage, freezing the target, addling their mind and causing their thoughts to scatter. While the raw damage done is enough to bring ruin to those hit, the secondary effects are equally potent.

Glacier causes the target to lose focus and struggle to concentrate. As a result it causes them to suffer a significant penalty to Insight, notably larger than that caused by a Weaken. Furthermore the ability to cast spells is inhibited, and the target suffers a 20% increase in cast times while the effect lasts, both lowering their raw damage potential, but also increasing the opportunity for an interrupt! The effect lasts 20 seconds before fading.
