Syntax: Decimate <target>

Valyn's Decimation
Always the trickster, one morning Floki slipped a Yorik's hat into Valyn's bag. For the next two days, Valyn was increasingly annoyed by the jingle-jangle of bells, though it took him about that long to figure out what was causing it. When he did, he dumped the offending hat on the ground and promptly decimated it with his sword. He then tracked down Floki and did to Floki EXACTLY what he'd done to the hat. And so fighters learned the 'decimate' skill, which will inflict great pain and have the side effect of temporarily reducing the target's ability to deal out damage.
