Lightning Bolt
With this spell, the warmage draws in energy from the Positive Material Plane, and unleashes a bolt of pure energy at the named target. If no target is named, the mages current combat opponent will be striken by the spell. An ignorant fighter once mistook this bolt of energy for a lightning bolt, and the name, although incorrect, has stuck.
