Nightarrow's Fan of Blades
The 'fan of blades' skill was given its name not by a fighter but by an absolutely amazed cleric who, one afternoon, watched the fighter Nightarrow simultaneously defend himself from and hack to pieces three Orcs who threatened Drakenwood. 'His blade moved so fast it was like a giant fan of blades!' he later told the Times. Ever since, the most accomplished blademasters have used this skill first to level devastation against their foes and then to increase their defence against their foes, whether one or many. Because it must fit so intricately into the flow of a fight, 'fan of blades' cannot be used to start combat. It will always target all of a fighter's opponents.
