For many years, the fighter Des has made a practice of standing around in the Fighter Classhall, paying extra close attention to the ways that her muscles work. One day, while standing in what most fighters perceived to be a trance of some sort, she discovered that by focusing carefully on her health, she could actually make herself able to withstand more damage in battle - should she ever go out and get into a fight.
