Syntax: Scry <living> or Scry block [on | silent | warn | off]

Scrying Mirror
This spell enables a Warmage to trace a square in the air before him or her, which slowly becomes cloudy. The caster then need only concentrate on an individual that is known to them, and the clouds will slowly part to reveal this individuals location. Although the surface through which the target is being viewed is a gate rather than a mirror per se, the name 'Scrying Mirror', it was decided, sounded better than 'Scrying Gate'.

All Warmages, whether able to cast this spell or not, are able to block the effects of scrying by others, both by this spell, and most other scrying devices. All a mage need do is type 'scry block on' and he cannot be scried by any means whatsoever. At higher levels it gets better - at first one simply cannot be scried. As one's mastery improves, one will begin to be able to detect when a scrying attempt has been made ('scry block silent' may be used to suppress this warning, and 'scry block warn' can be used to receive the warning without actually blocking the attempt), and finally, at high level, one will be able to cause false details to be sent back. Typing 'scry block' will tell one whether scry is being blocked or not.
